The Client
Yup Technologies was an online tutoring platform that connected students with real tutors for on-demand math help. The product was strong, but they needed a scalable way to acquire students through organic search without relying entirely on paid acquisition.
The Challenge
When we started, the site was receiving 1,000 organic sessions per month and ranked in the top 3 for just 50 keywords. The online tutoring space is competitive, with established players and large educational publishers dominating the obvious search terms.
Competing head-to-head on broad terms was not realistic. The opportunity was in long-tail, high-intent math terms that students were actively searching for. The challenge was doing it at scale without building a content team.
What We Did
We built a programmatic SEO glossary: a structured system of math term pages, each with a clear definition, worked examples, and internal links connecting related concepts. The template was designed once. The content was produced systematically.
We started with 59 pages and expanded to over 180 pages. No editorial calendar. No ongoing content production. The system was built once and designed to compound on its own through internal linking density, topical coverage, and the cumulative authority that comes from comprehensive coverage of a subject.
The Results
The glossary system did exactly what it was designed to do: compound. Traffic grew steadily from the first pages going live through mid-2022, without any content refreshes or ongoing maintenance.

Why This Still Matters
Yup Technologies closed in 2024. The business is no longer operating. We include this case study because the principle it demonstrates is more relevant now than when we built it.
Most content strategies depend on constant production. Publish this week, publish next week, keep the calendar full. The Yup glossary proved something different: structured content compounds. When the architecture is right, when the internal linking creates genuine topical authority, and when each page serves a clear search intent, the system keeps working long after you stop adding to it.
This is the same principle we apply to coaching and consulting businesses. Your expertise already exists. You do not need to produce content forever. You need a system that turns what you already know into search visibility that compounds on its own.
See Where You Stand
Most coaches and consultants have years of published content that is underperforming in search. Articles that should be ranking. Expertise that should be showing up in AI answers. Authority that should be compounding, but is not.
We start with a search visibility assessment: a clear picture of where your content ranks today, where the gaps are, and what it would take to close them.
